الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر برنامج تعليمي إسلامي قائم على الذكاء العاطفي في تطوير السلوكيات الأخلاقية لدى طالبات الصف العاشر في سلطنة عمان. اعتمدت الدراسة نموذجاً شبه تجريبي باستخدام عينة من 137 طالبة من مدارس مسقط وباطنة جنوب. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استُخدم برنامج تعليمي قائم على الذكاء العاطفي ومقياس السلوكيات الأخلاقية (التحكم الذاتي، الصدق، احترام الآخرين، احترام القوانين). تم قياس صلاحية المقياس باستخدام صلاحية الثبات والتمييز. أُستخدم معامل ألفا كرونباخ لتقدير موثوقية المقياس، وكان 0.90 مما يشير إلى موثوقية عالية نسبياً. أظهرت النتائج فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية فيما يخص التحكم الذاتي، الصدق، احترام الآخرين واحترام القوانين لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. بناءً على النتائج، توصي الدراسة بأهمية دمج مهارات الذكاء العاطفي في المناهج الدراسية لمنع المشكلات الأخلاقية لدى الطالبات المراهقات، كما تقترح تفعيل الاستراتيجيات التعليمية والأنشطة الصفية في تدريب الطالبات على تطوير سلوكهن الأخلاقي.
