الملخص
هذه الدراسة فحصت العلاقة بين سلوك النوع A والذكاء العاطفي والكفاءة الاجتماعية الذاتية والدافعية للعمل لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة الهاشمية في الأردن. استجاب سبعة وسبعون عضو هيئة تدريس لأربعة مقاييس: مقياس سلوك النوع A، ومقياس الذكاء العاطفي، ومقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية الذاتية المدركة، ومقياس الدافعية للعمل. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الذكاء العاطفي كان مرتبطاً إيجاباً وبشكل ذو دلالة إحصائية بالدافعية للعمل. علاوة على ذلك، أكّدت الدراسة قيمة الذكاء العاطفي كمُتنبئ هام للدافعية للعمل. ومع ذلك، تبين أن الكفاءة الاجتماعية الذاتية وسلوك النوع A لم يظهرا كمُتنبئين ذوي دلالة نحو الدافعية للعمل.
