الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التحقيق في فعالية برنامج التوجيه المهني في تطوير الوعي المهني لدى طلاب الصف التاسع في جنوب الباطنة. تألفت عينة الدراسة من 103 طالبًا/طالبة وتم تقسيمها إلى مجموعتين: المجموعة التجريبية تضم 56 طالبًا/طالبة، والمجموعة الضابطة تضم 47 طالبًا/طالبة. خضعت المجموعة التجريبية لبرنامج توجيه مهني في حين حصلت المجموعة الضابطة على أنشطة عادية في التوجيه المهني. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي. أظهرت نتائج تحليل اختبار t وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطين للمجموعتين لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. كما أظهرت النتائج فرقًا ذا دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات للمجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق السابق واللاحق لمقياس الوعي المهني لصالح التطبيق اللاحق، وأظهر اختبار ANOVA ثنائي العوامل فروقًا ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاستجابات المتوسطة في المجموعة التجريبية في الوعي المهني دون أن يتأثر بجنس الطالب أو بتفاعل المجموعة مع الجنس.
