الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر برنامج إثرائي في وحدة من علوم الطبيعة والحياة على دافع التحصيل. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 71 طالبًا/طالبة (41 ذكرًا و29 أنثى) مسجلين في المدرسة الثانوية الجديدة في الجزائر. قسمت العينة إلى مجموعتين: المجموعة التجريبية (N=33)، والمجموعة الضابطة (N=38). ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم تطوير برنامج إثرائي. طبق البرنامج خلال الفصل الدراسي الثالث من السنة الدراسية 2012/2013. تم تطوير مقياس لدافع التحصيل. أشارت النتائج إلى فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية على مقارنة مع المجموعة الضابطة في كل من مقاييسه الفرعية وعلى المقياس الكلي للدافع.
