الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالنساء، المدرجة في كتب التربية الإسلامية ضمن الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي (الصفوف 5-10). ولتحقيق ذلك، جُهّزت قائمة بهذه الأحكام تتكون من 65 بنداً واختبار اختيار من متعدد للتحقق من التحصيل. بعد التأكد من صلاحية وثبات الأداتين، أُجري الاختبار على عينة مكوّنة من 280 طالبة في الصف العاشر. من أهم نتائج هذه الدراسة وجود اختلال في توزيع الأحكام وفق الصف/المستوى، حيث تتركّز غالبية الأحكام في كتاب الصف السابع. بلغت نسبة تحصيل الطالبات لهذه الأحكام 70.39% وهي أقل من المستوى المقبول تربوياً الذي حدده الباحث/الباحثة عند 75%. وتقدّم الدراسة عدداً من التوصيات، بما في ذلك ضرورة تحقيق التوازن والتنوّع في توزيع الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالنساء في الحلقة الثانية (الصفوف 5-10) من التعليم الأساسي.
