الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف العلاقات السببية بين التحالف الإشرافي أثناء الإرشاد وتقدير الثقة بالنفس في الإرشاد وأنماط التعلق من خلال نموذج سببي يعتمد أسلوب تحليل المسار. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 289 طالباً في الإرشاد بجامعة اليرموك. تم إجراء ثلاث مقاييس لقياس التحالف الإشرافي أثناء الإرشاد وتقدير الذات وأنماط التعلق. أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة مباشرة بين أنماط التعلق التجنّبي والتحالف الإشرافي أثناء الإرشاد، وعلاقة غير مباشرة مع تقدير الذات في الإرشاد. كانت هناك علاقة مباشرة بين نمط التعلق الآمن، التحالف الإشرافي أثناء الإرشاد وتقدير الذات؛ وكذلك بين التحالف الإشرافي وتقدير الذات. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، ظهرت علاقات مباشرة وغير مباشرة بين نمط التعلق التجنّبي ومجال العلاقات الخاصة في التحالف الإشرافي أثناء الإرشاد وتقدير الذات؛ بينما أثر ذلك على مجال تركيز العميل بعلاقة مباشرة. كما ظهرت علاقات مباشرة بين أنماط التعلق الآمن ومجال العلاقة ومجال التركيز على الذات.
