الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى فحص مستوى الثقة بالنفس وعلاقته بالدافعية للأداء بين لاعبي الرياضات الجماعية في الجامعات الفلسطينية. تم الكشف عن فروقات في مستوى الثقة بالنفس والدافعية للأداء وفقاً للجامعة ونوع اللعبة. تكونت عينة مقصودة من 90 لاعباً. استخدمت استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى كل من الثقة بالنفس والدافعية للأداء كان عالياً بين لاعبي الدوري في فلسطين. كان هناك ارتباط طردي عالي ذو دلالة إحصائية بين الثقة بالنفس والدافعية (r = 0.65). كشفت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الثقة بالنفس بسبب الجامعة ونوع اللعبة. كما كان هناك فرق في الدافعية بين الجامعات.
