الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى اختبار نموذج يوضح العلاقة بين إدراك الأحداث الحياتية المجهِدة وكفاءة الذات المدركة، وكذلك استراتيجيات المواجهة مع التبعات الحياتية لطلاب الدبلوم العالي في كلية التربية بجامعة أسيوط، من خلال اختبار التأثيرات المباشرة وغير المباشرة بين إدراك الأحداث المجهِدة والمتغيرات المدروسة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق في كفاءة الذات المدركة واستراتيجيات المواجهة وكذلك التبعات الحياتية بين من لديهم إدراك إيجابي وآخر سلبي للأحداث المجهِدة. كما اختبرت الفروق في إدراك الأحداث المجهِدة عبر فئات المتغيرات الديموغرافية: الجنس، التخصص، مكان السكن، والحالة الاجتماعية. شملت العينة 410 طالباً. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة سببية تُظهر أن إدراك الأحداث المجهِدة يتأثر بكفاءة الذات المدركة (الأثر المباشر 0.631، الأثر غير المباشر 0.356)، وباستراتيجيات المواجهة (الأثر المباشر 0.676، الأثر غير المباشر 0.313)، والتبعات الحياتية (الأثر المباشر 0.781، الأثر غير المباشر 0.211). كما وُجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كفاءة الذات المدركة، وفي استراتيجيات المواجهة وكذلك في استراتيجيات المواجهة المعنية بالمشكلات لصالح من لديهم إدراك إيجابي للأحداث المجهِدة. كما وُجدت فروق ذات دلالة في إدراك الأحداث المجهِدة وفقاً للمتغيرات الديموغرافية بما في ذلك مكان السكن والتخصص لصالح التخصصات الإنسانية والطلاب الذين يعيشون في المدن.
