الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى إعداد برنامج مبني على فقه النوازل (المسائل الفقهية المعاصرة) لتنمية مهارات التفكير التحليلي ووعي القضايا الفقهية المعاصرة لدى طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة في المملكة العربية السعودية. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، أعد الباحث قائمة بمهارات التفكير التحليلي في مناهج الفقه وبأبعاد أخرى لوعي القضايا الفقهية المعاصرة لدى طلاب الصف الأول من المرحلة المتوسطة. علاوة على ذلك، أعد اختباراً لقياس مهارات التفكير التحليلي ونموذج تقييم لوعي القضايا الفقهية المعاصرة بين طلاب الصف الأول من المرحلة المتوسطة، وحقق صلاحيتها وموثوقيتها. أعد الباحث برنامجاً للدراسة يستند إلى فقه النوازل، شمل ثلاث عشرة نازلة فقهية. كما تكونت عينة الدراسة من 37 طالباً من الصف الأول المتوسط. أظهرت النتائج فاعلية البرنامج في تنمية مهارات التفكير التحليلي في المناهج الفقهية، وفي تطوير المهارات التحليلية الأساسية، وكذلك وعي الطلاب بقضايا الفقه المعاصرة ككل، وفي أبعادها المختلفة (المعرفية، العملية، والانفعالية). وعلاوة على ذلك، أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية عند مستوى 0.01 بين تطوير مهارات التفكير التحليلي في مناهج الفقه المقارنة وتطوير الوعي بالقضايا الفقهية المعاصرة.
