Nine Omani research projects selected for the London International Youth Science Forum
From 738 entries, nine projects will represent Oman at the 67th LIYSF in London, 19 July to 1 August 2026.
The Research and Innovation Authority has chosen nine projects to represent Oman at the 67th London International Youth Science Forum, held in London from 19 July to 1 August 2026. A judging panel selected them from 738 entries, 30 of which were shortlisted.
The projects cover STEM topics including AI-based anti-money-laundering, bio-based hydrogels, converting sound into electricity, drone-based health monitoring, leak detection and a smart cane for the blind.
