Delivery Policy
OmanScience sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery fees.
1. What is delivered and when
- Subscription plans: activated on your account as soon as PayTabs confirms the payment.
- AI credits: added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- Courses: your enrolment becomes active and the lessons are available in your account once the payment is confirmed.
- Event tickets: your registration is confirmed and appears in your dashboard once the payment is confirmed. Entry details and instructions are given on the event page or by the organiser.
Confirmation normally takes a few minutes after you complete payment.
2. How you can see your purchase
Sign in and open your dashboard to see your credit balance, current plan, courses and registered events. Invoices and payment references are kept for your records.
3. If you paid but did not receive your purchase
Please wait about 15 minutes and refresh your dashboard. If it still has not arrived, contact us at info@brightpalmsolutions.com or +968 9474 9550 with your PayTabs transaction reference. We will check the payment with PayTabs and activate your purchase, or refund you if we cannot deliver it.
4. What you need
An internet connection, a modern web browser and your OmanScience account. We are not responsible for delays caused by your own connection or device.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times, but maintenance or events outside our control may temporarily limit access. Refunds for undelivered purchases are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
