الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد إمكانية قياس مستوى الأداء في كلية التربية بجامعة الكويت باستخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي من خلال أداة طبّقت على (98) عضو هيئة تدريس في كلية التربية بجامعة الكويت. أظهرت النتائج أن أبعاد 'الرؤية والاستراتيجيات الإجرائية' قد حققت أداءً متوسطاً، بينما كانت بقية الأبعاد ذات أداء ضعيف. كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية نتيجة للمستوى التعليمي لصالح الأساتذة، وبالنسبة لسنوات الخبرة لصالح 21 عامًا فما فوق. يمكن التنبؤ بمستوى الأداء فيما يتعلق بالرؤية والاستراتيجيات الإجرائية في كلية التربية بناءً على مستوى الأداء باستخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن. كان أثر المجال 'العمليات الداخلية' غير دال إحصائياً وكان أقل تأثيراً على 'الرؤية والاستراتيجيات الإجرائية'؛ بينما كان 'الإدارة المالية' الأعلى تأثيراً. في الختام، اقترحت الدراسة بعض التوصيات والاقتراحات المهمة.
