الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم فعالية برنامج إرشادي قائم على العلاج بالقبول والالتزام (ACT) في خفض أعراض اضطراب الشره العصبي وتحسين الرضا عن صورة الجسم لدى عينة من النساء ذوات الوزن الزائد اللاتي استخدمن مركزاً لياقة بدنية في إربد، الأردن. تكونت عينة الدراسة المقصودة من (ن = 24) امرأة، عُينت بشكل عشوائي إلى مجموعتين: التجريبية التي شاركت في البرنامج الإرشادي القائم على العلاج بالقبول والالتزام، والمجموعة الضابطة المأجلة التي استُخدمت للمقارنة. استخدمت هذه الدراسة تجربة شبه عملية سابقة-بعدية مع مجموعات متكافئة. أظهرت النتائج فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 في المتوسط الكلي لمقياس اضطراب الشره العصبي وفي أبعاده الفرعية السبعة، ومقاييس الصورة عند الاختبار البعدي، بين المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، مما يشير إلى كفاءة البرنامج الإرشادي الجماعي المستخدم في الدراسة. كما عند المقارنة بين نتائج الاختبار البعدي والمتابعة، أظهرت النتائج فروقاً إيجابية في المتوسط للمجموعة التجريبية، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة عند مستوى 0.05 في المتوسط الكلي للمجموعة التجريبية في اختبارات ما بعد-المتابعة. وهذا يؤكد استمرار فاعلية البرنامج الإرشادي في مساعدة النساء ذوات الوزن الزائد.
