الملخص
الأهداف من هذه الدراسة الحالية هي قياس مستوى اكتساب طلبة المعلمين للكفاءات المهنية من وجهة نظرهم، وتحديد أكثر العناصر تأثيراً في برنامج إعداد المعلم على اكتساب هذه الكفاءات، ودراسة العلاقة بين اكتساب هذه الكفاءات واتجاهات طلبة المعلمين نحو مهنة التدريس. شملت العينة 167 طالباً/طالبةً من طلبة المعلمين في كلية التربية بجامعة السلطان قابوس. صُممت أداتان: إحداهما لقياس الكفاءات المهنية، والأخرى لقياس الاتجاهات نحو مهنة التدريس. وتم رفع الأداتين على الإنترنت لغرض جمع البيانات. أظهرت النتائج أن الطلبة المعلمين يرون أن كفاءات التدريس هي الأكثر أهمية وتحتل أعلى ترتيب، في حين جاءت كفاءات التقييم في المرتبة الأخيرة. فيما يتعلق بأكثر العناصر تأثيراً في برنامج إعداد المعلم، جاء التدريب الميداني التعليمي في المقدمة، ثم دورات المنهج والتدريس، ثم دورات علم النفس. كذلك من وجهة نظر الطلبة المعلمين، كان مستوى تأثير دورات الأساس والإدارة ضعيفاً. تفوقت الإناث على الذكور في كفاءات الإعداد والتدريس. ومع ذلك، لم تكن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الخاصة بالكفاءات أو في المتوسط الكلي. كما أظهرت الإناث ميلاً أكثر إيجابية تجاه مهنة التدريس. بشكل عام، كانت اتجاهات طلبة المعلمين نحو التدريس معتدلة؛ ومع ذلك كانت العلاقة بين اكتساب الكفاءات المهنية واتجاهاتهم نحو مهنة التدريس دالة إحصائياً.
