الملخص
هذه الدراسة هدفت إلى تحديد مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية والتسويف والتحفيز على التحصيل لدى طلاب جامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل في الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية. كما هدفت إلى استكشاف العلاقات الترابطية بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية، والتسويف، والتحفيز على التحصيل والكشف عن الفروق بين الطلاب الذكور والإناث في هذه المتغيرات الثلاثة. شُملت الدراسة عينة مكونة من 1880 طالباً وطالبة. تم استخدام مقاييس المسؤولية الاجتماعية والتسويف، إضافة إلى اختبار التحفيز على التحصيل بعد التحقق من خصائصها السيكومترية. أظهرت النتائج أن الطلاب يمارسون كل من المسؤولية الاجتماعية والتسويف بمستوى متوسط، بينما يمارسون التحفيز على التحصيل بمستوى عالٍ. كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود ارتباط سلبي معنوي بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية والتسويف، وارتباط إيجابي معنوي بين المسؤولية والتحفيز على التحصيل. وعلاوة على ذلك، أظهرت الدراسة فروقاً ذات دلالات إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في المسؤولية الاجتماعية والتسويف لصالح الذكور، وفروقاً ذات دلالات إحصائية في التحفيز على التحصيل لصالح الإناث.
