الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم التدريب الميداني في جامعة نزوى. حددت الدراسة المهارات اللازمة التي اكتسبها الطلبة-المعلمون المرتبطون بالتدريب الميداني. كما هدفت إلى تحديد ما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة في تقييم التدريب الميداني وفق متغير البرنامج. استخدمت الدراسة أداة تتكون من 66 بنداً. شملت عينة الدراسة 48 طالباً-معلمًا كانوا مسجلين في التدريب الميداني في كلية الآداب والعلوم في جامعة نزوى خلال العام الدراسي 2014/2015. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى تقييم التدريب الميداني كان عالياً وإيجابياً بشكل عام. وكانت مجالات تخطيط التدريس، إدارة الصف، ثم التقييم والتغذية الراجعة هي الأعلى.
