الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى فحص فعالية استخدام استراتيجية الموجات المتراكبة أثناء تدريس دروس الجغرافيا في اكتساب مهارات التفكير الواقعي وتحسين الاتجاهات نحو الجغرافيا لدى عينة من طلاب الصف السادس في الأردن باستخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي. تم اختيار عينة الدراسة باستخدام طريقة الاختيار القصدية لاختيار عينة الدراسة (ن = 64) من الطلاب الذين عُينوا عشوائياً إما للمجموعة التجريبية (ن = 32)، التي دُرّست فيها دروس الجغرافيا بأسلوب استراتيجية الموجات المتراكبة، أم للمجموعة الضابطة (ن = 32)، التي دُرّست فيها دروس الجغرافيا بالطريقة المعتادة. تم إعداد اختبار المهارات التفكير الواقعي RTT بثلاث أبعاد، وكذلك مقياس الاتجاهات نحو الجغرافيا AGS. بعد التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما، طُبّق الادواتان على العينة كإجراء قبلي وبعده. أشارت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند α=0.05 في الاختبار البعدي بين متوسطات درجات المجموعة التجريبية ومجموعة الضابطة على مقياسي المهارات التفكير الواقعي RTS والاتجاهات نحو الجغرافيا AGS لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، مما يشير إلى فاعلية استخدام استراتيجية الموجات المتراكبة كما استخدم في الدراسة الحالية في تدريس الجغرافيا.
