الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى أي مدى يمكّن برنامج إعداد المعلم في كلية التربية بجامعة السلطان قابوس معلمي التربية الإسلامية من أداء أدوارهم المهنية كما يشير خريجو البرنامج. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، صُمم استبانة تتكون من 42 دوراً وتندرج ضمن 5 محاور. عقب التحقق من صلاحية الأداة وموثوقيتها، جُمعت البيانات من عينة مؤلفة من 56 خريجاً من البرنامج. وكانت النتائج الرئيسية للدراسة أن البرنامج التأهيلي لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية في كلية التربية مَكّن الخريجين من أداء الأدوار المهنية عند المستوى المتوسط، كما لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 بين متوسطات المستجيبين من حيث الجنس وسنة التخرّج بوجه عام، وكذلك عند مستوى كل من المحاور الخمسة. ومن بين التوصيات تعزيز الأدوار الأعلى تقييمًا مثل الأدوار الإنسانية، والأدوار في المحاور الخمسة. كما يوصى بدعم الأدوار التي حُظيت بمتابعة متوسطة في البرنامج وتقديم ندوات وورش عمل لمعلمات التربية الإسلامية لأداء الأدوار المهنية بفاعلية.
