الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف مدى تطبيق معايير الجودة في مدارس ما بعد التعليم الأساسي من وجهة نظر المشرفين والمعلمين الأكبر سناً في سلطنة عمان. تألفت عينة الدراسة من 129 مشرفاً و137 معلماً كبيراً اختيروا من ست محافظات تعليمية: مسقط، الداخلية، الباطنة الشمالية، الشرقية الشمالية، البريمي، وظفار خلال السنة الأكاديمية 2015/2016. جُمعت البيانات من خلال استبانة تتكون من 53 بنداً، مصنفة ضمن سبعة مجالات من معايير الجودة: التخطيط؛ مناهج المدرسة؛ التدريس والتعلم؛ شؤون المتعلمين؛ الموارد البشرية والمالية؛ والمجتمع. أظهرت النتائج أن معايير الجودة طبقت إلى حد كبير في مجالات الموارد البشرية وشؤون المتعلمين والتخطيط، وإلى مستوى متوسط في المجالات الأخرى. كما كشفت النتائج عن فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تطبيق المعايير وفقاً للجنس لصالح الإناث في جميع المجالات. وعلاوة على ذلك، كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة تطبيق معايير الجودة في المدارس لصالح المعلمين الأكبر سناً في جميع المجالات باستثناء المنهج الدراسي. بناءً على النتائج، تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات.
