الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بناء مقياس لقياس اتجاهات طلاب الصف العاشر نحو العمل المهني. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم إنشاء مجموعة ابتدائية من 96 بنداً باستخدام مقياس ليكرت من خمس نقاط. أُعطي المقياس أولاً لعينة تجريبية من الطلاب، ثم عُرض على لجنة من الخبراء. بلغ عدد البنود الناتج 68 بنداً. ثم أُطبق المقياس على عينة مكونة من 536 طالباً وطالبة. أظهرت النتائج أن 46 بنداً تستجيب لافتراضات نموذج مقياس التصنيف المستند إلى نموذج رسش (إحدى نماذج نظرية استجابة العناصر التي تناسب المقياس المستخدم). كما أظهرت النتائج أن مقياس الـ46 بنداً في شكله النهائي كان أحادي البعد ويمتاز بخصائص نفسية-قياسية مناسبة؛ وكانت قيم الموثوقية 0.98 للأشخاص و0.93 للبنود على التوالي. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يوفر المقياس كمية كبيرة من المعلومات حول الأفراد ذوي القدرة المتوسطة (θ=b) وهو ما يتفق مع افتراضات النموذج.
