الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى توافر أبعاد مجتمعات التعلم المهني (PLCs) والممارسات القيادية التي تدعمها في المدارس الحكومية. كما بحثت الاختلافات في هذه الجوانب وفق الجنسية (المصرية/ العمانية) والجنس (ذكر/أنثى). تتضمّن العينة 1235 معلماً، 509 من مصر و726 من عمان. استخدم المقياس الذي طوره Olivier, Hipp و Huffman (2010) لقياس أبعاد PLC، واستخدم تصنيف Pohl (2012) لتحديد ممارسات القيادة المدرسية التي تدعم PLCs في المدارس. وهذا التصنيف يتماشى مع معايير قيادة المدرسة. قيمت العينة الإجمالية بدرجة عالية فيما يتعلق بتوافر أبعاد PLC والممارسات القيادية التي تدعمها. أظهرت الدراسة فروقًا ذات دلالة إحصائية بسبب الجنسية لصالح العينة العمانية، وبسبب الجنس لصالح الإناث. وتخلص إلى تقديم بعض الآليات المقترحة لتحسين PLCs وقيادة المدرسة لدعمها في المدارس الحكومية.
