الملخص
هذه الدراسة فحصت أثر نهج تعليمي Reflective-explicit خلال منهج يعتمد على التكنولوجيا في فهم طبيعة العلم NOS ضمن مقرر بيولوجيا جامعي تمهيدي. ركزت الدراسة على الجوانب المحتملة والمؤقتة والتجريبية والإبداعية والتخيلية من NOS. التقنية المستخدمة في الدراسة كانت برنامج Struggle for Survival الذي يعتمد على بيانات محاكاة لسكان عصف فنش على جزيرة Daphne Major في جزر غالاباغوس. كان التدريس التحليلي-العاكس كالتدخل. شملت العينة عشوائياً 112 طالباً، 54 ذكراً و58 أنثى. استخدمت عناصر من مقياس VNOS-C مع مقابلات شبه منظمة لتقييم آراء الطلاب حول NOS قبل وبعد التدخل. قبل التدخل، كان معظم الطلاب يحملون آراء سطحية تجاه الجوانب المستهدفة من NOS. في نهاية الدراسة، أظهر الطلاب آراء أكثر بلاغة ومعرفة تجاه الجوانب المستهدفة. أشارت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن نهجاً تعليمياً Reflective-explicit مقترناً بمنهج قائم على التكنولوجيا أدى إلى أثر إيجابي على فهم NOS.
