الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء تصورات المعلمين في المدارس الثانوية بدولة قطر تجاه معايير تصميم وتقييم التعلم الإلكتروني والبرمجيات التعليمية في التعليم في المدارس الثانوية المستقلة. تم تصميم أداة استقصاء واعتمادها، ثم وزع على عينة مكونة من 400 معلم/معلمة من مدارس ثانوية مستقلة. وأظهرت النتائج ما يلي: وجود اتفاق عالٍ بين معظم المعلمين حول أهمية معايير التصميم التعليمي للتعلم الإلكتروني والبرمجيات التعليمية. وُجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية لصالح المعلمين الذكور مقابل الإناث؛ كما وُجد فرق لصالح من حضروا ورش كمبيوتر فقط مقارنةً بمن حضروا ورش كمبيوتر إضافة إلى ICDL. لم تُرافق النتائج أي تداخلات ذات دلالة إحصائية فيما يخص: النوع الاجتماعي بسنوات الخبرة؛ النوع الاجتماعي وفق ورش الكمبيوتر؛ النوع وفق التخصص؛ سنوات الخبرة وفق التخصص؛ سنوات الخبرة وفق ورش الكمبيوتر؛ وورش الكمبيوتر وفق التخصص. وقد أُشير إلى تفسير النتائج وتقديم بعض التوصيات والدراسات المستقبلية.
