الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى فحص الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس القدرة البدنية المدركة للأطفال (PPASC) في سياق عُماني. عينة من نحو 250 تلميذًا في الصف الرابع (130 ذكرًا و120 أنثى) من ست مدارس ابتدائية حكومية في أربع محافظات في عمان استجابت للنسخة العربية المترجمة من PPASC. كما جُمعت بيانات عن نشاط الطلاب البدني داخل الفصل الدراسي والرغبة في إظهار سلوك اجتماعي مرغوب وتوصيات المعلمين بقدرات الطلاب البدنية. أظهرت اختبارات العوامل التأكيدية أن النموذج أحادي الأبعاد لـ PPASC كان مناسبًا للبيانات. كشفت CFA متعددة المجموعات عن ثبات الجنس للنموذج أحادي الأبعاد لـ PPASC عند مقارنته بين المجموعتين من الذكور والإناث. أظهر تحليل المتوسطات الكامنة وجود فروق ذات دلالة بين الجنسين في القدرة البدنية المدركة لصالح الذكور. ارتبط PPASC بشكل إيجابي بالنشاط البدني داخل الفصل وبترشيحات المعلمين لقدرات الطلاب البدنية، ولكنه لم يرتبط بالرغبة الاجتماعية.
