الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى استكشاف مستوى السعادة بين طلاب جامعة الكويت في ضوء بعض المتغيرات. استخدمت الطريقة الوصفية المقارنة. بلغت عينة الدراسة (237) طالباً من جامعة الكويت. استُخدم مقياس سعادة أكسفورد الذي أُعِدّه هيلز وآرغيل (2002). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى السعادة بين طلاب جامعة الكويت منخفض. نحو 32% من الطلاب أشاروا إلى أنهم غالباً ما يشعرون بالسعادة، ونحو 23.5% من الطلاب يشعرون بأنهم سعداء بشكل نادر، بينما نحو 44.5% من الطلاب يشعرون بالسعادة أحياناً. لا توجد فروق بين الطلاب الذكور والإناث في الشعور بالسعادة. هناك أربعة متغيرات تؤثر في الشعور بالسعادة بين طلاب جامعة الكويت: المستوى الاقتصادي، والحالة النفسية، والصحة، والسمنة.
