Multiple Foci of Infarction Secondary to Giant Left Ventricular Thrombus in a Patient with Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy
We report a case of a 52-year-old hypertensive woman with Takotsubo cardiomyopathy (TCM) who presented with chest pain and ST-segment elevation.
