Abstract
The issue of (requiring the intent of the individual to include the general form of it) was discussed by the fundamentalists because of its profound impact related to the interpretation of the general form of which there is hardly a legal text devoid of it, and the principle of paying attention to the rule and dialogue in determining its jurisprudential foundation in the third Hijri century, so he decided to strengthen the proof of the preponderant branches , and the falsification of the preferred branches, then the fundamentalist lesson proceeded, developing the research in it theorizing and branching, to settle in the eighth Hijri century as an independent topic in which the views of the parties and the precautions of the rule and its controls are decided, and the fundamentalist research finally settled on naming it: (the unintended image), and this study: (the development of the lesson Fundamentalists in requiring the intent of the individual to include the formula of the generality from Al-Shafi’i to Ibn al-Subki (exposition, balance and analysis) came to present the development of the case study during a selected period of time to know what the case study went through in terms of change, whether it was progress or delay, with an indication of the effects of change in both types, to clarify The issue and the presentation of the fundamentalists’ approaches in the report, and the study had multiple results, the most prominent of which is that the principle of presenting the issue is the jurisprudential pilgrims in the branches of Imam Al-Shafi’i, and that the most researched in its report are the school of theologians of the fundamentalists, and that the Aljuwainei and Al-Qarrafi of the theologians are the most contributing to its development, and that its development The research ended with Ibn al-Subki.
