Abstract
Toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) is a severe skin condition that requires immediate medical attention. This letter discusses the management of TEN, highlighting the importance of timely referral to dermatology, the challenges in diagnosis, and the treatment options available, including intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) and steroids. The author emphasizes the need for further research to establish effective treatment protocols for TEN in Oman.
