الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف أدوار مديري المدارس الخاصة في إدارة الجودة الشاملة وعلاقتها بأسلوب القيادة من منظور المعلمين. تم اختيار عينة عشوائية من المعلمين (عددهم 100) من المدارس الخاصة في مسقط خلال العام الأكاديمي 2015/2016. تم تصميم أداتين لتحقيق هدف الدراسة. الأولى تقيس دور المدير في إدارة الجودة الشاملة، والأخرى تقيس نمط القيادة. أظهرت النتائج أن مديري المدارس الخاصة يستخدمون إدارة الجودة الشاملة بمستوى متوسط ويتبعون الأسلوب الديمقراطي في قيادتهم. كما كان هناك علاقة بين إدارة الجودة الشاملة ونمط القيادة. قدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات التي قد تساعد في تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المدارس الخاصة.
