الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الكمالية والتوجه نحو الهدف بين الطلاب الموهوبين في مدرسة الملك عبدالله الثاني للتميّز. كما هدفت إلى معرفة ما إذا كانت العلاقة بين الكمالية والتوجه نحو الهدف تختلف بحسب المستوى الدراسي والجنس. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، طُوِّرت مقاييس للكمالية والتوجه نحو الهدف من قبل الباحثين. اشتملت عينة الدراسة على 184 طالباً من الصفين السابع والثامن في مدرسة الملك عبدالله الثاني للتميّز. تم اختيارهم عشوائياً من السكان الطلاب. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الكمالية بين الطلاب الموهوبين كان عالياً، كما أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى أنواع التوجه نحو الهدف عالٍ، ولا سيما التوجّه نحو التمكن (Mastery). كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة α = 0.05 في قوة العلاقة بين الكمالية وأنواع التوجّه نحو الهدف تبعاً للمستوى الدراسي. كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة α = 0.05 في قوة العلاقة بين الكمالية وأنواع التوجّه نحو الهدف بناءً على الجنس.
