الملخص
المرفق هو ثاني أكثر المفاصل التي يتم خلعها شيوعًا لدى البالغين. يعتبر الخلع الجانبي البسيط لمفصل المرفق إصابة نادرة، ويكون تقليلها المغلق الناجح صعبًا وأندر. اقتراحنا هو الإبلاغ عن هذه الحالة النادرة من الخلع الجانبي البسيط الناتج عن إصابة تم علاجها بتقليل مغلق تحت التخدير مع التأكيد على استخدام هذه التقنية البسيطة في البداية لتجنب المضاعفات المحتملة مع التخدير العام والجراحة.
