الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى فحص مصادر ومستويات التوتر بين لاعبي المنتخبات الوطنية في سلطنة عمان. كان من المهم التعرف على الفروق في مصادر التوتر بين اللاعبين في ضوء بعض المتغيرات: المؤهلات، المباراة، العمر، الحالة الاجتماعية والدخل الشهري. طور الباحث استبياناً مكوناً من 62 بنداً. أُجريت الدراسة بعد التحقق من صدق وثبات عينة مكونة من 111 لاعباً من لاعبي المنتخب الوطني. أشارت النتائج إلى أن اللاعبين عانوا من 22 ضغطة حادة من أصل 62. كما أظهرت النتائج أيضاً ترتيب مجالات الضغوط النفسية لدى لاعبي المنتخب الوطني كما يلي: التوتر النفسي المرتبط بالإعلام والجمهور، والتوتر النفسي المرتبط بالنظام الفني والإداري، والتوتر النفسي المرتبط بواجبات التدريب، والتوتر النفسي المرتبط بأسلوب حياة اللاعب، والتوتر النفسي المرتبط بالمنافسة.
