الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى فحص الإجهاد النفسي لدى المستشارين النفسيين والتربويين العاملين في المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة عجلون في الأردن، والتعرّف على تأثير متغيرات السلم الديموغرافي من الجنس والمؤهل والخبرة في الإرشاد والحالة الاجتماعية ومكان الإقامة على الإجهاد النفسي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (61) مستشاراً ومستشارةً، ذكوراً وإناثاً. أظهرت النتائج أن المشاركين في الدراسة أظهروا درجة معتدلة من الإجهاد النفسي. كان عبء العمل هو السبب الأول للتوتر، في حين كان بيئة العمل هي السبب الأخير. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الإجهاد النفسي نتيجةً للمؤهل والخبرة والحالة الاجتماعية. ولم تكن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الإجهاد النفسي بسبب الجنس أو مكان السكن.
