الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد مستوى الإبداع الإداري، وتأثير المتغير الديموغرافي على مستوى الإبداع الإداري بين موظفي وزارة العمل في سلطنة عُمان. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدم الاستبيان كوسيلة رئيسية لجمع البيانات. تم توزيع (337) استبانة بشكل عشوائي على عينة الدراسة من مختلف الإدارات في الوزارة، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS للإحصاء. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى موظفي وزارة العمل في سلطنة عمان مرتفع. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لا ترتبط بمتحولات العمر، المؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخدمة. في حين توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإبداع الإداري مرتبطة بمتحول الجنس لصالح العينة الذكور، وبالموقع الوظيفي لصالح الإدارة العليا.
