Abstract
Habitual sleep deprivation has been linked to various health issues, including type 2 diabetes. This letter discusses the implications of a case-control study that suggests a correlation between sleep deprivation and diabetes, raising questions about causality and the need for further statistical analysis to clarify these relationships.
