الملخص
الحماض الأنبوبي الكلوي البعيد (RTA) هو سبب شائع لحصى الكلى والنخر الكلوي في الأطفال. يمكن أن يكون RTA البعيد مكتسبًا أو خلقيًا بسبب عيب وراثي. متلازمة التصلب الحدبي هي متلازمة وراثية عصبية جلدية سائدة ذات تأثيرات كلوية متغيرة. نصف حالة لصبي يبلغ من العمر ست سنوات مصاب بمتلازمة التصلب الحدبي الذي تطور لديه RTA البعيد وحصى الكلى.
