الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد مستوى صعوبات اتخاذ القرار المهني وكفاءة اتخاذ القرار المهني، ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق في مستوى صعوبات اتخاذ القرار المهني وكفاءة اتخاذ القرار المهني وفقاً لمتغيّري النوع والالتخصص الأكاديمي. كما هدف إلى كشف درجة الإسهام النسبي لكفاءة اتخاذ القرار المهني في التنبؤ بصعوبات اتخاذ القرار المهني. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم استخدام مقياسي صعوبات اتخاذ القرار المهني وكفاءة اتخاذ القرار المهني. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 699 طالباً/طالبةً من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية، اختيرت وفق المنهج القَصدي/الهادف. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى صعوبات اتخاذ القرار المهني كان منخفضاً، وأن مستوى كفاءة اتخاذ القرار المهني كان عالياً. أظهرت النتائج فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى صعوبات اتخاذ القرار المهني وفقاً للجنس، حيث كانت الصعوبات أعلى لدى الإناث مقارنة بالذكور، لكنها لم تُظهر فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى صعوبات اتخاذ القرار المهني وفقاً للتخصص الأكاديمي. كما أظهرت النتائج فروقاً دالة إحصائياً في مستوى كفاءة اتخاذ القرار المهني وفقاً للجنس، لصالح الذكور، وفروقاً دالة إحصائياً في مستوى كفاءة اتخاذ القرار المهني وفقاً للتخصص الأكاديمي لصالح التخصص الأدبي، بينما أظهرت النتائج ارتباطاً نسبياً دالاً بين كفاءة اتخاذ القرار المهني وتنبؤ صعوبات اتخاذ القرار المهني.
