الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد درجة تطبيق المحاسبة الإدارية والحوكمة التنظيمية، والعلاقة بينهما في مديريات التربية والتعليم في الأردن من وجهة نظر القيادات الإدارية فيها. استخدم الباحثون الإحصاءات الوصفية- الارتباط من خلال أداتين. استبانة للمحاسبة الإدارية وتكونت من 20 بنداً، بينما كان الاستبانة الثانية للحوكمة التنظيمية وتكونت من 40 بنداً تتعلق بخمسة مجالات وهي: الكشف والشفافية، المشاركة الفاعلة، الرقابة والمسؤولية الإدارية، العدالة والنزاهة، والكفاءة والفعالية. تكونت العينة من 272 قائدًا تعليميًا من 6 مديريات. وتمثل هذه النسبة 14% من مجتمع العينة. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة تطبيق المحاسبة الإدارية والحوكمة التنظيمية في مديريات التربية والتعليم في الأردن كانت متوسطة. كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية معنوية بين درجة تطبيق المحاسبة الإدارية وتطبيق الحوكمة الإدارية في مديريات التربية والتعليم.
