الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة الوضع الفعلي لتنفيذ البرامج الانتقالية لطلاب الصم في المعاهد الأمل بالرياض، وكانت أبرز نتائج الدراسة: اتفق عينة الدراسة على وضع ضعيف لتنفيذ البرامج الانتقالية في المعاهد الثانوية الأمل للصم. واجه التطبيق العديد من العقبات التي أثّرت سلباً في البرامج الانتقالية، مثل الصعوبات المرتبطة بتطبيق البرامج الانتقالية المرتبطة بالمعلمين؛ الصعوبات المرتبطة بتطبيق البرامج الانتقالية الخاصة بالطلاب الصم؛ الصعوبات في تطبيق البرامج الانتقالية الفنية والإدارية والصعوبات في تطبيق البرامج الانتقالية المرتبطة بالمؤسسات والشركات، وفي نهاية المطاف لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (p = 0.05) في الوعي بالحالة الفعلية لتطبيق البرنامج الانتقالي والصعوبات التي تواجهه من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمتخصصين في معاهد الأمل للصم بالرياض، بسبب المؤهل، سنوات الخبرة، طبيعة العمل، التخصص، الجنس، مستوى القراءة والمعرفة العامة.
