الملخص
تصبح الغازات المعوية قابلة للاشتعال عندما تصل عدة غازات إلى تركيز معين. يحدث هذا في الحالات التي يتم فيها انسداد الجهاز الهضمي لفترة معينة من الزمن. لذلك، نقدم هذه الحالة من انفجار المعدة في مريض أثناء إجراء عملية تحويل المعدة إلى الأمعاء الدقيقة. كان السبب وراء هذا الاحتراق هو تضيق البواب المزمن المتزامن. يجب أن تتضمن الإجراءات التشغيلية هذه المعلومات لتعزيز سلامة المريض وفريق الجراحة.
