سيكلوسبورين أ هو دواء مثبط للمناعة معروف بأنه يسبب العديد من الآثار الجانبية. واحدة من أكثر الآثار الجانبية شيوعًا هي الشعر الزائد، مع عرض نادر من إعادة تصبغ الشعر. هنا، نبلغ عن حالة لرجل عماني يبلغ من العمر 65 عامًا قدم إلى عيادة الأمراض الجلدية في عيادة رستاق في رستاق، عمان، مع التهاب جلدي تقشري. وقد حدثت إعادة تصبغ الشعر بعد ثلاثة أشهر من العلاج بسيكلوسبورين أ.
