الملخص
هذه الدراسة فحصت اتجاهات طلاب الدراسات العليا في مجال التعليم تجاه المساواة بين الرجال والنساء. كما استكشفت العوامل التي أثّرت في تشكيل هذه الاتجاهات، إضافة إلى دراسة الاختلافات في الاتجاهات تبعاً للجنس والوضع الاجتماعي. استخدم التصميم المختلط. جُمعت البيانات الكمية من عينة عشوائية مكونة من 168 طالباً باستخدام استبيان أعده الباحثون. كما جُمعت البيانات النوعية من ثلاث مجموعات تركيز تضم ستة طلاب في كل مجموعة. أشارت النتائج إلى وعي مرتفع بحقوق النساء في مجالات تتعلق بالأسرة والشؤون الاجتماعية والسياسية. أظهر الطالبات الإناث وغير المتزوجات اتجاهات أكثر إيجابية. أشارت النتائج إلى وجود عوامل تؤثر في تشكيل اتجاهات الطلاب منها الأسرة، الثقافة، التعليم، التجارب الشخصية والحياتية. وأبرزت التوصيات أهمية رفع وعي المجتمع تجاه النظرة الإسلامية لحقوق والتزامات النساء والرجال، بالإضافة إلى ربط ذلك بالقوانين والاتفاقيات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، وإصدار السياسات والقوانين اللازمة لدعم تطبيقها.
