الملخص
نقدم حالة لرجل مسن قدم إلى المستشفى مع تضخم في الغدد الليمفاوية البطنية وتم تشخيصه بأنه مصاب بسرطان الغدد الليمفاوية الكبير B الإيجابي لفيروس إبشتاين بار، غير محدد (EBV+ DLBCL، NOS). تم بدء العلاج الكيميائي ولكن تم إيقافه بعد ثلاث دورات بسبب تطور التهاب رئوي مميت بسبب Pneumocystis carinii وحالة أداء ضعيفة. خلال عامين، قدم المريض مع ميزات الانتكاس. أظهر فحص الأنسجة المتكرر للغدد الليمفاوية ميزات سرطان الغدد الليمفاوية T المحيطي، NOS وتم تأكيد التماثل بواسطة اختبار إعادة ترتيب سلسلة الغاما لمستقبلات T. هناك حاجة إلى مزيد من الدراسات لفهم العلاقة بين EBV+ DLBCL، NOS وأنواع أخرى من السرطانات الليمفاوية.
