الملخص
الكوليستاتوم الخلقي هو آفة نادرة ناتجة عن فشل انكماش خلايا الراحة الظهارية، التي تشارك في تكوين الغشاء المخاطي لفتحة الأذن الوسطى خلال التطور الجنيني. نحن نبلغ عن أول حالة لكوليستاتوم كبير في hypotympanic مع امتداد إلى الفتحة الوداجية وقناة السبات، في فتاة تبلغ من العمر 13 عامًا، والتي تم استئصالها بنجاح بواسطة نهج hypotympanotomy infra-cochlear بمساعدة التنظير.
