Platform: OmanScience.com (“Platform”)
Parties: This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the tutor (“Tutor”, “You”) and Bright Palm Solutions LLC, the operator of OmanScience.com (“OmanScience”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”).

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to provide educational services in your country.
  • You represent that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

2. Services

  • You agree to create, publish, and deliver educational content (tutorials, courses, webinars, mentoring, or similar services) through the Platform.
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy, originality, and quality of the content you provide.
  • You will not post any material that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

3. Payments

  • If your services are offered for a fee, OmanScience will process student payments and remit your share according to the published payment schedule.
  • Payment terms, revenue shares, and any applicable fees will be communicated in advance and may be updated from time to time.
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your earnings.

4. Conduct

  • You agree to treat all students with professionalism and respect.
  • You will not engage in any discriminatory, offensive, or harmful behavior.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including those relating to education, data protection, and consumer rights.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Content you create remains your intellectual property.
  • By publishing through OmanScience, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of delivering educational services.

6. Platform Rights

  • OmanScience may review or remove any content that violates this Agreement, our policies, or applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your tutor account if you breach this Agreement.

7. Liability

  • You provide services at your own risk.
  • OmanScience is not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes between you and students, except as required by law.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days’ written notice.
  • Upon termination, your access to tutor services will be revoked, but your previously published content may remain accessible unless removed by mutual agreement.

9. Governing Law

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

10. Acceptance

By registering as a tutor on OmanScience.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Tutor Agreement.
