        "abstract": "Ectopic pregnancy is a common and potentially fatal gynecologic emergency that endangers the mother's life if left untreated and undetected. We present a rare case of a spontaneously conceived unilateral tubal twin ectopic pregnancy. The diagnosis was made using transvaginal ultrasound, and the case was referred to the early pregnancy unit."
