        "abstract": "Undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma of the laryngeal ventricle is extremely rare. We report a case of an elderly man with this condition, where a multidisciplinary team, involving an otorhinolaryngologist, pathologist, and oncologist developed a management plan, with a good outcome for the patient. We recommend a multidisciplinary team approach for diagnosing and treating undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma to achieve an optimal outcome."
